This course will introduce the principles and elements of measurement systems, and the characteristics of the random processes and signals. The operation principles of the inertial force sensor and the various inertial rotation sensors such as the mechanical gyros, the fiber optic gyros, and the ring gyros are covered in this course. The non-inertial sensors such as star sensor, earth sensor, sun sensor and magnetic field sensor are also included. The application systems based on the aerospace sensors are finally introduced.
